Head Coach and Co-Founder - Mike Stott
Mike became a Realtor at 18 years old and after earning a Degree at the University of Hawaii, he partnered with his Parents to build Stott Real Estate. After 10 years of 100+ transactions a year, he was ready to take on a new Challenge.
In 2006 his passion for Coaching Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Closing Attorneys brought him East Coast with his wife and Parter Donna and 5 kids. Your Coaching Matters was born in 2009 and Northwest Atlanta Properties in 2011. Mike loves to swim and ride his electric bike and be the worlds best PopPop. He continues to Sell homes and Coach great Real Estate Professionals full time with his average client earning over $500K/year!
Head Coach and Co-Founder - Donna Stott
Donna began a Real Estate Career in 1986, finding a love of the business having doubled her production each each year for 3 years. Her REAL love was in managing and training fellow agents, so in 1989 she helped build ERA Preferred Properties in Central FL to 2 offices and over 100 agents within 3 years. Donna met Mike and moved to Hawaii in 1992-93 and worked with he and his parents to grow Stott Real Estate. As their kids grew, they wanted to find a home they could all share with more affordable housing so moved to the Greater Atlanta area where she has been Coaching and Training with Your Coaching Matters since 2009.
Donna's passions include gardening, her grandchildren, travel and of course. helping Agents like YOU be as successful as they can be and still live a life FULL OF Clarity, Focus, Ease and Grace.
